Danielle Lendino brings 8 years of experience counseling clients in sophisticated corporate, transactional, and securities work for public companies, private equity firms, and portfolio companies across a wide variety of industries.   Knowledgeable in corporate, securities, and mergers and acquisitions, she has collaborated with specialists in the fields of estates, tax, employment, environmental, real estate, and regulatory matters.  Danielle enjoys working with clients to create and customize estate planning documents. She is proud of her estate work for low-income seniors through the Pro Bono Resource Center of Maryland. 

A graduate of Cornell University Law School, she earned her undergraduate degree (B.A.) from John Hopkins University. Before joining the Altman & Associates team, Danielle worked as a corporate associate in the law firms of Lathan & Watkins LLP in Washington, DC, and Schulte, Roth & Zabel LLP in New York.  Danielle is a member of the Bars of Maryland, DC, and New York.

Danielle lives with her family in Maryland and when she is not working loves to travel.  Before moving to the Annapolis area, she spent a year traveling around the world with her husband and blogging about their adventures.  Over the last decade, she has developed a passion for cake baking and decorating and enjoys the challenge of trying to create a cake that is more elaborate than her last one.
