Elizabeth G. Glines

With over 30 years of professional, investment and legal/trust experience, Liz manages the overall marketing and business development program for the law firm.

Before joining the Altman team, Liz served as Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer for the Capital Trust Company of Delaware, where she led promotion and sales efforts as a member of the management team and developed relationships with financial, legal advisors and strategic partners.  Her previous business experience included serving as Vice President and Regional Sales Director for Voyageur Asset Management of Minnesota.  Liz also served as the Senior Systems Analyst and Director of Operations and Trading for Smith Barney’s Consulting Group in Wilmington, DE.

Liz serves as the strategic member of the estate team who assists in developing the strategy, identifying opportunities, and implementing initiatives for the group.  She serves as project manager on the firm’s infrastructure projects and works closely with the team to ensure effective client development, marketing, and external communications programs. This includes developing all client marketing materials, analyzing market opportunities, evaluating conference and sponsorship, and speaking engagements, develops and manages the website content and social media campaigns. Under her supervision, the firm completed its second expansion project, June 2017 adding to the space taken in 2011 and helped to manage the implementation of the new information technology that came along with the project.  With extensive experience in customer relations, she is an enthusiastic member of the administrative team.

Liz lives in Potomac, Maryland with her husband Gary and cares for her mother, who lives with her.  An avid dog lover, Liz enjoys cooking, gardening, interior design, reading, and spending quality time with two Labrador Retrievers, her special friends.  She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Charleston.
