As estate planners and animal lovers, we have written about the creation of Pet Trusts before; the loving idea behind them being to ensure that your pets will be cared for if/when you're no longer able to.
But, until we came across this passage, we had no idea that pets could be as passionate about estate planning as their loving owners!
