Katherine brings to the estate practice group nine years of experience practicing probate, probate litigation, and estate planning law. Additionally, she has over ten years of experience practicing civil litigation. She advises clients on all matters related to estate and trust administration as well as guardianships.
Katherine received her law degree from Texas Tech University in 2005 and her undergraduate degree from Samford University. She started practicing law in Texas in 2005, focusing mainly on civil litigation. She eventually transitioned to probate, probate litigation, and estate planning.
Katherine and her family moved to Maryland in 2019. She lives in Rockville, Maryland with her husband and three children. She enjoys running, however, most of her free time is spent driving her three children around Maryland and Washington, D.C. for their many sports ball activities.
