Leyli Khosroshahi, our Finance Director, has been a dedicated member of the Altman team for over a decade. She oversees the firm’s financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. With a strong finance and accounting background, international client exposure, and years of experience working for law firms, Leyli brings a depth of financial knowledge that our clients can trust.
As the firm’s Finance Director, Leyli assists the Partner in developing a sound financial strategy that helps the firm to reduce costs, increase revenue, and improve profitability. She is responsible for ensuring that the company operates in an environmentally and socially responsible way, including some human resource activities. Leyli ensures that the firm’s financial operations are efficient and effective by reducing waste. She is also responsible for the account management of the firm’s Trust, Estate, and Foundation clients. Leyli assists our non-profit clients, such as foundations, secure their tax-exempt status.
Leyli received her B.S. in Finance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where she placed on the Dean’s List for high academic achievement. She also received the Marian Miccio Memorial Scholarship for high performance in business school. In 2013, she received a Certificate in Financial Planning from Georgetown University.
Outside of work, Leyli's life revolves around her family. She lives in Bethesda with her husband, Ali, and her two children. She enjoys traveling and socializing with friends. Leyli is multilingual, speaks Farsi, and considers herself well-versed in French, so feel free to say “Bonjour” when you send her a note!
