Mikhael Barklaev

Mikhael joined the Estate Team in 2023 as our Administrative Assistant. Mikhael graduated with an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts from Northern Virginia Community College, a N5 Japanese Language Proficiency Certificate, and is currently pursuing Paralegal Studies Degree. He joins the firm with two decades of customer service experience in retail and restaurant and supports his wife’s business in her music teaching studio with personal tutoring. 

During his free time, he tutors children in Math and Science, studies Japanese, and spends time with his family and pets.
